摘要
WDGJ—5型机是一种安装在小四轮拖拉机前端并驱动的前正式打瓜子机．该机将瓜子分离后由全柔性输送机构传送到拖拉机牵引的拖车里存放．在田间可实现行走作业和定点作业．本文针对该机所采用的叶片螺旋刀破碎原理、瓜皮的轴流方式和无润滑齿轮传动作了必要的研究和探讨。
WDGJ-5 is that gathering machine for dagua seeds,which is mounted in front of the small four-wheeled tractor,and driven by the tractor. When seeds are seperated by the machine, they are transported by the fully -flexible conveying screw into the tractor's trailor.Then, travelling work and fixed -point work can be achieved. This article is aimed at the crushing principle of the screwed blades,axial flow pattern of dagua rinds and non-lubricated gearing of that machine,and goes further into essential developments.
