高性能数字示波器在高压电源纹波测试中的应用

Application of High Performance DSO in Testing Ripple of a High Voltage Power Supply

利用力科公司高性能数字存储示波器,对Voltronics公司的一款高压电源系统的纹波进行了测试。本文主要叙述了测试的过程和结果,实际应用示波器的步骤和心得,并且针对示波器的一些不足提出了相应的解决方法。

The ripple of a high voltage power supply system provided by Voltronics Corp.was tested via a high performance DSO(Digital Storage Oscilloscope) manufactured by the LeCroy Corp. This paper illustrates the test process and results as well as the procedure and experiences using the DSO. Further, correspondent methods are put forward to focus on the solutions for releasing some weaknesses of the DSO.
