摘要
提出用甲基异丁基酮溶解松香,H2O2+HNO3氧化松香中的硫,将氧化产生的硫酸根反萃取至水相,然后以BaSO4浊度法直接测定硫量。探讨了酸度、HCl NaCl和甘油 甲醇混合液对BaSO4悬浮液稳定性的影响。方法的RSD为4 3%~6 0%。预处理前加入Na2SO3,测得硫的回收率为96.3%~107%,检出限DL为0.02μg mL。
A method for sample pretreatment and the determination of sulfur in the rosin was proposed. The sulfur in the rosin dissolved in the MIBK was oxidized to SO_4^(2-) by H_2O_2-HNO_3. The sulfate was back-extracted to the aqueous phase and determined by BaSO_4 turbidimetry. It was also investigated that the effect of the acidity and mixed reagents which contained HCl-NaCl and glycerin-methanol solution on the stability of the BaSO_4 suspension system. The relative standard deviations were 4.3~6.0% and the recoveries of Na_2SO_3 added before sample pretreatment were 96.3~107%. The detection limit was 0.02 μg/mL.
