摘要
目的通过核糖核酸酶抑制因子(ribonucleaseinhibitor,RI)基因在人肺癌及同体癌旁正常肺组织中的表达的检测,进一步探讨RI与恶性肿瘤细胞生长的关系。方法应用Westernblotting方法检测人肺癌组织中RI的蛋白表达量;应用RT-PCR的方法检测人肺癌组织中RI的mRNA的表达量。采用χ2检验(chi-squaretest)分析获得的数据,用SPSS10.0统计软件进行处理。结果人肺癌组织中RI的蛋白及mRNA的表达均明显低于同体癌旁正常肺组织。结论核糖核酸酶抑制因子(RI)在肺癌中的表达下调,肺癌的生长可能与RI表达的下调有关。
Objective:To explore the relationships between RI and the growth of tumor cells by determining the expressionof RI gene in carcinoma and in normal tissue.Methods:Western blotting was used to examine the protein expression of R I and the result was shown by photograth. RT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA ex pression of RI and the result was examined by electrophoresis. Chi-square test was used to analyze the experiments data.Results:The expressions of RI protein and mRNA in lung cancer tissues were significantly lower than in normal lung tissues.Conclusion:The expression of RI was declined in lung cancer.The growth of lung cancer should be probably associated with the decline expression of RI.
