以野生刺梨汁、牛乳为原料,经乳酸发酵后生产出一种野生刺梨酸奶。该产品酸甜可口、风味独特,具有很高的营养价值,是一种保健饮料和新的酸奶品种。
As raw materials with pear juice of wild thorn and milk, we have produced a kind of wild thorn pear yogurt after fermented with lactic acid. The yogurt tastes delicious and special, it also has nutritive value highly. The new variety of yogurt is a health care beverage.
