摘要
基于开路式原理改造闭路式泵,是一种提高轴向柱塞泵综合性能指标的新方法,这种方法不用更换轴向柱塞泵中的任何零部件,只是改动其中几个零部件的形状或尺寸,就可以达到自冷却、自润滑、去掉泄漏回油管路、提高自吸转速、降低泵温、提高使用寿命的目的,同时,采用特殊的降噪措施,可达到最佳的噪声控制效果。
Rebuilding closed - circuit pump based on opened - circuit pump theory is a new way to improve composite performance indexes of axial piston pump. Self- cooling, self- lubricating, removing the leakage, speeding self-absorbing, reducing pump temperature, improving service life and controling noise are achieved only by changing the shapes and sizes of some parts without any part replacement.
