以港口装船机为例介绍了一种基于有限元分析的强度分析方法,这种方法不仅能够指出设备结构的薄弱部位,为现场检测布点提供理论上的指导意见,同时还可以为下一步安全评定提供理论分析数据,并提出结构改进加固的可行有效方案。

A strength analysis method bassed on finite element analysis is applied to strength analysis of ship unloader. Weaker areas of the equipment could be found out, which will help determine sensor layouts. The results provides theoretical basis for further safety assessment. Improved, design of the structure is also put forward according to the results.
