一种含磷摩擦改进剂的合成及评价 被引量:1

摘要 在实验室使用亚磷酸芳基酯与脂肪醇,利用酯交换法合成了一种亚磷酸脂肪醇酯作为润滑油摩擦改进剂。通过红外光谱对合成样品进行了结构表征。使用低速摩擦试验机(LVFA)、小离合器试验机评价了合成样品的摩擦性能,并将合成样品调制在动力转向液和液压减震器油中进行评价,其性能前者与参比油相当,后者符合技术指标。 A phosphorite used as lube friction modifier was synthesized b y phosphonic aryl ester and fatty alcohol using ester exchange method in laborator y. IR was applied to characterize the structure of the synthesized sample, and i ts performance was evaluated on low-velocity friction tester and clutch couplin g tester. The evaluation result showed that the performance of the sample blende d power steering fluid met the technical indexes, and the performance of the sam ple blended hydraulic absorber oil was equal to the reference oil.
