摘要
探索涂层技术在齿轮上的应用,以期改善齿轮的摩擦学性能和提高其使用寿命,采用磁过滤弧源沉积的方法(DFAD),在 20CrMo制造的直齿圆柱齿轮表面制备C∶N薄膜,并在齿轮传动实验台上进行实验研究。结果表明,齿轮表面上涂覆C∶N薄膜后,在 1800r/min、12N·m的工况下,连续运行 50h,对齿轮表面在体式显微镜下进行观察, 薄膜无明显破损,而未覆膜的淬火齿轮表面已经失效。因此,齿轮表面覆膜对改善齿轮的减摩抗磨性的效果是十分明显的,也是切实可行的。
The C∶N coatings were deposited on 20CrMo gears by DFAD(Direct current Filtered Arc Deposition) technology. Then put onto the test rig , working under the conditions of 1800rpm,12N·m for 50 hours,and the observations by body-microscope shows that reducing wear and anti-wearing performance greatly enhanced when C∶N film is used.So, DFAD technology are used on gears to improve the performance of reducing wear and anti-wearing.
