New Techniques of Crude Benzol Refining

简述了国内粗苯精制生产的现状与问题,重点介绍了现行硫酸精制工艺的改进技术、废酸处理利用技术,以及当代先进的粗苯加氢技术,如Litol法与K-K法。目前更趋向于采用K-K法粗苯加氢技术,旨在获得优质的苯类产品与避免废酸的污染。

The status quo and same questions about native crude benzol refining are described briefly. The more advanced technique of refining with sulphuric-acid, of waste acid application and the best advanced technique crude benzol refining with hydrodesulfurization of the Litol method or K.K method are described with emphasis. Due to obtaining benzene of good quality and avoiding contaminant of waste acid the hydrodesulfurization of crude benzol refining is approaching to apply the K.K method nowadays.
