将“泰能”品牌做强做大的举措

摘要 泰能焦化公司在企业发展举步维艰的情况下,转变经营观念,调整产业结构,以焦炭产品为依托,制定出“出口为主、内销为辅、以外带内、内外并举”的营销策略。通过建立企业经营预警机制、引进“5S”先进管理模式等实现管理创新,通过提高装备水平、加大技改投入、不断开发新产品以及质量、诚信、服务等提升了企业竞争力,以信息化管理及清洁生产促进了企业快速健康发展。2003年出口品牌焦炭达32万t,创造了良好的经济效益和社会效益,为企业的可持续发展奠定了坚实的基础。 Under the conditions of enterprise's development with difficulty, Taineng Coking-making Co. changed operation concept, adjusted industrial structure and worked out the tactics for operation and sales: export is primary, sale in domestic market is secondary, export leads sale in domestic market and the inside and outside exist side by side based on the coke. Enterprise realized manage innovation by building up forewarn mechanism and purchasing'5S' advanced manage model, promoted competition power by raising equipment level, increasing technical transformation investment, developing new products constantly and excellent quality, service, credit, etc., promoted fast and health development through informationization management and clean production. In the year 2003, the enterprise exported Taineng Coke 32 ten thousand tons and created good economic and social benefits, establishing a solid foundation for the enterprise constant development.
