摘要
针对高炉装料设备使用寿命短,供料能力不足等客观制约因素,改造采用刚玉耐磨瓷新材料旋转料斗,槽下振筛称量斗、翻板机衬板等改用高锰钢复合耐磨瓷内衬,焦炭溜槽使用橡胶衬板,料车采用变频调速,大小钟杆及探尺杆增设密封装置等,提高了设备使用周期和供料能力,设备使用周期达2年,大大降低了设备休风率。
Aiming at short service life and inadequate feed capacity of the BF charging equipment, many long campaign measures such as adopting corundum wear-resisting porcelain new material in the revolving hopper, applying high manganese steel composite wear-resisting porcelain in weigh hopper liner of the pre-skip screen and the line-plate of plate turnover, using rubber in coke chute and frequency control of motor speed in skip and adding sealing device to large bell rod, small bell rod and stock rod are taken. Therefore the feeding capacity is improved, the periods of equipment service reach 2 years and the downtime percentage is debased greatly.
