美国发动伊拉克战争在战略上有所得手,同时也付出了高昂的代价,并在一定程度上陷入了困境.随着新保守主义势力的加强,美国进攻性战略总体上不会改变,但也正在失去人心,因而今后在策略上可能有所调整.

Strategically, the U.S. went somewhat smoothly in the Iraq War waged byitself. Meanwhile, the U.S. paid high costs and to some extent landed in a predicament. As the neo -conservative force will be reinforced, U.S. aggressive strategy on the whole could not be changed. However, it is loosing popular sympathy in the world. Therefore, the U.S. is likely to readjust its strategy in the future.
