This paper discusses how to develop and utilize the information resources collected by the libraries of the agricultural scientific research institutions from three aspects of optimizing the collected information resources structure, increasing the utilization ratio of the collected information resources, and training the high-quality librarians, for the purpose of giving full play to the economic and social benefits of collected information resources.
