This paper expounds the basic situation of the information service in Shaanxi Province, analyzes on the problems existing in the development of Shaanxi's information service, and puts forward some countermeasures for the development of Shaanxi's information service from aspects of going on the road of new-type industrialization, establishing the excellent policy environment, and strengthening the construction of the talent ranks, etc.
