This paper introduces necessity of carrying on modern innovation consciousness education to librarians and information personnel, points out that in the innovation consciousness education, we must connect with actual situation of library' personnel rank, respect law of talent cultivation, strive for actual effect, take training of personnel' ethics quality as emphases, envisage the relationship between personnel's benefit and the library undertaking development.
