浅谈网络环境下的读者服务工作

Talking about the Service for Readers under the Network Environment

论述了网络环境对图书馆读者服务工作的影响,针对网络环境下读者服务工作中存在的一些现实问题,提出了网络环境下搞好读者服务工作的对策,包括加强馆藏文献信息资源建设、加强对读者文献信息需求的调研以及加强馆员队伍的建设等。

This paper discusses on the influence of the network environment on library's service for readers, and in the light of the problems existing in the service for readers, puts forward some countermeasures for doing well the service for readers under the network environment such as strengthening the construction of the holdings and information resources, strengthening the investigation and research of readers' needs for literatures and information, and strengthening the construction of the librarian ranks, etc.
