摘要
根据流体力学的基本原理,结合《城市热力管网工程施工及验收规范》对冲洗流速的要求,从正常运行流速的角度,对管内残存杂物对管网运行的危害情况进行了分类分析,探讨了正常运行流速和冲洗悬浮速度的关系,提出必须以管网各计算管段正常运行流速来确定管道冲洗流速的观点。
According to the fundamental principles, connecting with the requirements for the flushing flow-rate set in <the Norms of the Construction and Acceptance of the Urban Heat Supply Pipeline Engineering>, and starting from the angle of the flow-rate of the normal operational flow-rte, this paper makes classification and analysis of the harmfulness of the remaining materials inside the pipes for the operation of the pipeline, probes into the relation between the normal operational flow-rate and the flushing suspension speed, and puts forward the opinion that the determination of the flushing flow-rate of the pipeline must use the normal operational flow-rate of each calculation section of the pipeline.
