摘要
通过液体发酵培养对定名为金龟子绿僵菌(Metarhiziumanisopliae(Metsch)Sorokin)(L8500)的培养基进行了考察,确定了该菌液体培养的最佳配方,并且制定了L8500菌液体培养的质量控制方案。
Through the liquid fermentation and culture, this paper makes investigation of the culture medium named as metarhizium anisopliae (Metsch) sorokin (L8500), determines the optimum formulation of this liquid culture medium, and works out the quality control scheme for L8500 liquid culture medium.
