摘要
对阿奇霉素分散片的溶出度测定方法进行了研究,采用比色法测定阿奇霉素的溶出百分率,平均回收率为99.13%(n=9),在149.76μg/mL～349.44μg/mL质量浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997)。该方法简便、可靠。
This paper makes a research on determining method of solubility of Azithromycin Dispresible tablet, determines percentage of Azithromycin Dispresible dissolving, results shown that average recovery rate is 99.13 %(n=9),linear relation is good (r=0.999 7) when quality concentration is from 149.76 μg/mL to 349.44 μg/mL. The method is simple and reliable.
