The enterprise culture, which is a management conception according with the time spirit, is a management science with knowledge system, thought means and the value norm that is accumulated to form by enterprises long-term in the practice. This paper discusses the connotation of enterprise culture and its three hierarchy, introduces the features of enterprise culture of the Education and Training Center of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Group Corporation and needing solving problems in the construction of enterprise culture.
