摘要
通过对一个中小企业实施ERP的典型案例分析,归纳出了中小企业实施ERP失败的主要原因,并给出了中小企业实施ERP成功的要点。
Through the analysis on a typical case of practicing ERP in a small and middle-sized enterprise, this paper summarizes the main causes of the failure of practicing ERP in the small and middle-sized enterprises, and puts forward some key factors of successful application of ERP in small and middle-sized enterprises.
