Discussion on the Protection of the Invisible Assets in Sino-foreign Joint Venture

针对我国许多企业对无形资产所包含的内容不太了解或不知如何保护自己的无形资产的现状,阐述了无形资产的内涵与外延,介绍了保护无形资产的国际组织、公约、条约和我国的法律、法规,从微观、宏观等几方面提出了保护无形资产应采取的对策。

In the light of the present situation that many Chinese enterprises only know a little of the contents of the invisible assets and know nothing about how to protect their own invisible assets, this paper expounds the connotation and extension of invisible assets, and introduces the international organizations and treaties for the protection of the invisible assets and our country's relevant laws and regulations for the protection of the invisible assets, from the microcosmic and macroscopic aspects, put forward some countermeasures for the protection of the invisible assets.
