This paper mainly makes analysis on the geological advance prediction method, the disclosed situation and the harnessing measures of the solution cavity of a tunnel located in the karst area, and expounds the comprehensive prediction methods should be adopted according to the concrete conditions in geological advance prediction work of the tunnel in the karst areas.
