Discussion on the Design of “Xuanguan”of the Residence

简述了“玄关”的渊源与概念以及住宅“玄关”的文化属性,从隐喻传统审美、隐喻传统道德崇尚、隐喻传统自然观念3个方面诠释了“玄关”对传统建筑文化的影响。指出对玄关文化品味的关注,不应是传统文化的肤浅再现,而应从建筑文化学的角度出发,继承建筑文化的精神实质、思维理念,探索一条具有可持续发展概念的、体现文脉传承的设计之路。

This paper briefly expounds the origin and the concept of “Xuanguan”and the cultural nature of “Xuanguan”of the residence, explains the influence of “Xuanguan”on traditional architectural culture from three aspects of the metaphor of traditional aesthetics, the metaphor of traditional moral advocating and the metaphor of traditional natural conception, and points out that the attention to the cultural grade of “Xuanguan”shouldn't be the superficial representation of traditional culture, and should start from the angle of the architectural culture science, inherit the spiritual essence and thinking idea of the architectural culture, and probe into a design method that possesses the concept of the sustainable development and embodies the cultural transmission.
