代谢综合征患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度与血管内皮功能的研究

目的 探讨代谢综合征(MS)患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)及血管内皮功能的改变。方法 选择MS患者(MS组) 4 0例、健康对照组(NC组) 36例,用彩超检测IMT、肱动脉内皮依赖性血管舒张功能(FMD)及非内皮依赖性硝酸甘油介导的舒张功能(NID)。结果 MS组IMT明显高于NC组(P<0 .0 1) ,FMD及NID低于NC组(P<0 .0 5 ) ,IMT与舒张压(SBP)、甘油三酯(TG)明显正相关,FMD与年龄、体重指数(BMI)、TG、SBP、收缩压(DBP)、空腹血糖(FBG)呈负相关。结论 MS患者存在较严重的颈动脉粥样硬化及血管内皮功能失调。

Objective To study the carotid arterial intim_media thickness(IMT) and vascular endothelium functions in patients with metabolic syndrome(MS). Methods IMT,endothelium-dependent blood flow mediated vasodilation(FMD) and non-endothelium-dependent nitroglycerin induced vasodilation (NID) were dete rm ined respectively by echocardiography in 40 patients suffering from MS (group M S)and 36 healthy people (group NC).Results IMT was s ignificantly higher in group MS than that in group NC(P<0.01), while FMD a nd NID were lower than those in group NC(P<0.05).In group MS,IMT was pos itively associate d with SBP and TG,while FMD was negatively related with age,TG,SBP,DBP,FBG and BMI respectively.Conclusion The patients with MS exist severe carotid atherosclerosis and vascular endothelial dysfunction.
