Preparation process and characterization of nanometer zinc oxide

概述了纳米ZnO的应用前景及国内外的研究现状,对纳米ZnO各种制备方法的基本原理、影响因素、产物粒径大小等进行了详细的分析讨论,同时提出了每种工艺的优缺点,并提出了研究方向。对其表征方法进行了介绍。

In this paper,the prospects and the current research progresses of nanometer zinc oxide were summarized. The fundamental principles of its various preparation processes, the influence factors, the size of the granule were analyzed and discussed. At the same time, the merits and defects of every preparation processes, the direction of the research in the future were put forward. The testing methods of nanometer zinc oxide were characterized.
