摘要
采用数学方法对PDC钻头常用的一种冠部轮廓--双圆弧冠部轮廓进行了分析研究,从实际设计 应用出发,分多种情况进行求算,得出了两个圆弧半径的有效取值范围,对PDC钻头的设计具有一定的指 导意义。
Mathematical methods are used to study a common double arc crown profile of PDC bits. Taking actual design application as the starting point, calculations are performed in different situations and the effective spans of the two arc radii are achieved. They have certain guiding significances to design of PDC bits.
