摘要
分析了顾客满意度(CSD)国内外研究现状,着重从重要性、必要性和可行性三个方面提出了我国石油 机械制造企业顾客满意度问题,并阐述了我国石油机械制造企业顾客满意度研究的目的和方法。指出我 国石油机械制造企业应加快CS战略实施、推动行业乃至石油系统CS工程建设。
This paper briefly analysis the status of study of customer satisfaction degree (CSD) at home and abroad, discusses the issues of CSD in petroleum machinery manufacturing enterprises in China in respects of significance, necessity and feasibility, and presents the goals, thinking and methods of CSD in petroleum machinery manufacturing enterprises in China. It provides theoretical supports to speed up implementation of CSD strategy and to promote CSD building in petroleum machinery manufacturing industry and even petroleum industry.
