高校图书馆资源建设的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Library Collection Development in Universities and Colleges

针对当前高校图书馆资源建设中存在的经费有限、纸本文献资源购置随意和盲目、电子资源购置缺乏科学系统的评估和理性分析等种种弊端,在调研和实践的基础上,从文献筛选的原则和方法、加强校内文献资源的整合和建设、加强地区内和地区间以及与国外文化教育机构文献资源的共建共享与协作3个方面,进行可行性的对策研究。

In view of the problems and hard situation of library collection development in universities and colleges, this paper investigates feasibilities of the countermeasures in aspects of principles and methods of resource selection, collection integration and development, regional and international cooperation and sharing in collection development in university and college libraries.
