摘要
论述古籍保护措施的重要性,指出如何最大限度地延缓书籍的自然老化,延长其保存寿命,已成为世界各国共同探讨的重要课题。介绍海南师范学院图书馆古籍保藏库在保护古籍、防虫、除虫方面所取得的经验和存在的不足,并就广东省各高校图书馆在古籍保护方面所采取的方法和措施进行简介,指出南方地区地处亚热带湿润气候区,古籍虫害严重,有关部门应引起重视。
Ancient books protection has been an important issue both for China and the world for a long time. For libraries located in the subtropical moist climate areas, such as Hainan and Guangdong provinces in southern China, special measures need to be taken against the insects and worms destruction of ancient books. The Library of Hainan Teacher's College has gainede positive experience. The paper appeals experts and relevant administrative departments to pay serious attention to this phenomenon.
