摘要
针对航空电源高可靠性和高功率密度的要求,本文提出了一种新颖组合变换器。该组合变换器以双管正激变换器为基本构成单元,具有输入端自然均流、高频变压器一次侧无桥臂直通现象、输入输出电压增益高、高频变压器二次侧输出续流二极管电压应力低、以及控制上保证输入端交错并联而输入和输出滤波器体积小等优点。本文对新颖组合变换器进行分析和仿真,表明该变换器适合应用于输入中高电压、输出高电压和大电流场合;最后成功应用于某型号航空电源,各项技术指标均达到设计要求。
A novel combined converter topology is present in this paper to meet the demands of high reliability and high power density in the application of aeronautical power supply. By interleaving two-transistor forward converter modules, the proposed converter has many advantages such as natural sharing input-current, high voltage gain, no phenomenon of direct short circuit in the input DC link, low voltage stress of second-side diodes, small volume of input and output filters and so on. The simulated and experimental results show that the proposed converter is very suitable for high power and/or high voltage applications. It has been successfully applied in a certain aeronautical power supply and all technical data accord with design demands.
