火焰原子吸收光谱法测定八角茴香中的8种微量元素

Determination of Eight Trace Elements in the Illicium verum Hook by FAAS

采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对八角茴香中铜、锰、铁、锌、镍、钴、镉和铅8种微量元素进行分析测定。结果显示,八角茴香中含有较丰富的铁、锰、锌、铜和镍。方法的检出限均小于0.22μg·mL^(-1),RSD≤2.7%(n=6),加标回收率91.1%-111.8%。

Eight trace elements in the Illicium verum Hook were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The result shows that it contains many essencial elements such as Fe Mn Zn Cu and Ni. The experimental results showed that the detection limits was all smaller than 0. 22 μg·mL^(-1), the RSD(n= 6) was all smaller than 2.7%, and the addition standard recovery(ASR,n= 6) was 91.1%-111.8% for all elements.
