高效液相色谱法测定酞丁安软膏的含量

Determination of the Content of Ftibamzone Ointment by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定酞丁安软膏的含量。方法:采用Hypersil C_(18)色谱柱(5μm,4.6mm×200mm),以甲醇为流动相,流速0.6 mL·min^(-1),紫外检测器于347nm测定。结果:HPLC法测定,样品与基质分离良好,酞丁安的浓度在6.2-49.6μg·mL^(-1)范围内与峰面积响应值呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,样品溶液在避光条件下6h内稳定,平均回收率为100.36%,RSD=0.5%。结论:本法专属性强,操作简便、快速,结果准确、可靠,重现性好。

Objective: TO Determine of the content of Ftibamzone Ointment by HPLC. Methods: The column:Hypersil C_(18) column(5μm,4. 6mm×200mm);The mobile phase: methanol;the flow rate:0. 6mL·min^(-1);the detection wavelength: 347nm. Results:The sample and host are separated well by HPLC. There is a good relationship within the range of 62-49.6μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.999 7);The sample solution is steady in 6 h under the photophobic condition. the mean recovery was 100.36% with RSD 0.5%. Conclusions: This method is simple,rapid, accurate, reliable and well reproducible.
