比浊法测定制霉素含量的研究

Study on the content of Nystatin by Turbidimetric Determination

目的:建立比浊法测定制霉素含量的方法。方法:菌种选用啤酒酵母菌,制霉素用磷酸盐缓冲液稀释成30u·mg^(-1)和40u·mg^(-1),培养温度:35℃,培养时间:6h。结果:实验表明,在该浓度下,线性良好,r=0.9972。结论:方法简便,快速,可靠。

Objective: Determination of the content of nystatin by turbidimetry. Methods: Bacterium genus was used saccharomyces cerevisiae to be cultivated for 6h at 35℃. The concentration of nystatin was diluted to 30-40u·mg^(-1) by phosphate buffer. Results: It showed good linearity(r=0. 9972) in the detected concentration range. Conclusion:The method is proved to be convenient,rapid,accurate.
