摘要
本文分析了７６例窦性心律病人伴单源性室性早搏的心电向量图特征。结果表明：在器质性心脏病人组，室早的ＱＲＳ环多表现为时限＞１６０ｍｓ，有更加显著的终末传导延缓及蚀缺。Ｔ环多呈转速一致及与ＱＲＳ环比转向相反。室性早搏多呈左心室型及左前分支型，而此种来源的室早又多伴心功能异常及心电图其它指标的显著异常，并常见于老年人。
his article analyzed vectorcardiographic patterns of 7 6 patients with unifocal
ventricular ectopicbeat.The results from our study revealed that in organic heart diseased
group,QRS loop of ventricu-lar ectopic beat often showed:durlation>160 ms;possessed more
significant terminal conduction de-lay and bites. In the T lcop,it showed same rotation speed
and reversed rotation direction;the ven-tricular ectopic beat possessed left ventricular and left
antcrior fascicular morphology;those ventricularectopic beat frequently associated with
abnormal left ventricular function and electrocardiogram;andit was often to be found in.aged
patients.Finally,this paper discussed the possible mechanism in theabove mentioned vectorca
rdiographic patterns.
