摘要
本实验研究莫合烟对大鼠心室乳头肌动作电位和收缩力的影响，发现莫合烟可降低乳头肌的收缩力，使动作电位０期最大除极速度（Ｖｍａｘ）和幅度（ＡＰＡ）下降，动作电位时程（ＡＰＤ）延长；这些变化与烟纸种类无关。提示：莫合烟可抑制心室肌细胞膜的Ｎａ＋、Ｃａ＋、Ｋ＋通道。
In an isolated
ventricular rat muscle,glass microelectrode technique was employed to study theeffects of
Xinjiang’s tobacco on the action potentidl and contraction of papillary muscles of rat.It
wasdiseoveered that Xinjlang’s tobacco decreaho the contraction and the maximum rate of
rise of phase 0(Vmax),decreased the action potential amplitude(APA),and prolonged action
potential duration(APD).These results showed that Xinjiang’s tobacco had blocking effccts on
Na+,K+,Ca2+ chan-nels of rat pillary muscles.These results did not relate to the kind of
sinoking paper.
