儿童乳腺巨纤维腺瘤

Giant breast fibroadenoma of adolescent females

目的探讨儿童乳腺巨纤维瘤临床表现和诊断治疗方法.方法从1988年～2003年收治的16例乳腺巨纤维瘤患儿,分析其临床表现、病理学特点和预后.结果 16例均为女孩,年龄9～14岁,肿瘤直径7～13cm.全部行瘤体完整切除术,1例因肿瘤复发再次手术.结论儿童乳腺巨纤维瘤应行乳腺巨纤维瘤切除术,术中注意保护乳腺腺体及乳头,术后不影响乳腺发育及哺乳.

Objective To evaluate the clinical character and treatment eff ect of giant breast fibroadenoma in children. Method To review the clinical data of 16 cases giant breast fibroadenoma in children. Recruited in our hospit al from Jan, 1988 to June, 2003. Results All patients are female with averag e age of 12.4 years, the diameter of tumor ranged from 7~13 cm, tumors were remo ved surgically in the 16 cases and 1 cases received the operation once more for recurung tumor. Conclusions Giant breast fibroadenoma in children. should be removed surgically, and attention should be paid to protect mammary glands and duct to avoid the affect on breast growth and feed.
