创伤性结肠损伤急诊一期手术的体会

Emergency one-stage surgical operation for traumatic injury of colon

目的探讨创伤性结肠损伤一期手术的可行性.方法回顾性分析该院1995年1月～2002年12月收治的43例结肠损伤病例的临床资料.结果本组43例行急诊一期手术,治愈41例,死亡2例,切口感染3例,肠瘘1例.结论急诊一期手术对绝大多数结肠损伤是安全可靠的,值得应用.

Objective To investigate the possibility of one-stage surgical operation for injury of colon. Methods To review analysis the clinical data of 43 cases treated for traumatic colon injury from 1995 January to 2002 Decemb er. Results The 43 cases were surgically operated. Among the 43 patients, 41 patients were cured, 2 died, 3 patients were slice infection and 1 was intestin al fistula. Conclusion The emergency one-stage surgical operation is safety and dependable to majority of patients are traumatic colon injury ,The way is wo rthy to use.
