摘要
运用文献资料法、理论论证等方法,通过对体育市场、体育市场合同行为与竞争行为的分析,提出加强体育市场合同行为与竞争行为法律规制的对策。
The thesis based on materials,theories and the analysis of contractual behavior as well as competitive behavior in sports marketing presents the necessity of taking countermeasures to the two different behaviors.
