摘要 把二十一世纪的高校体育教改界定为激发未来公民全面发展的进程。以全面发展为目标,本课题提出体育教改需要从实现人类潜能出发,需要把握住全球化的挑战,需要研究未来公民的合作互动的养成,特别是人类发展的进步轨迹,奥林匹克对国际高校体育的主导影响。课题研究得出了主体性教育,自主学习,问题挑战,教改子目标;理念和实践互动考量;师资十要求等等策略。策略被证明有效并与国际接轨。 This study defines the framework and practice of physical education reform under the higher education system as a process of facilitating the total growth of college students so as to empower them to contribute the quality services and leadership for the nation.Modern PE reform under the project study of the paper is designed to meet the challenges posed by (1) the requirements of total growth for individuals under globalization and (2) the international accredited academic standard coping with both eastern and western professional levels.The strategies proposed by this project study include the promotion of the vigor of Olympic;the recognition of main values of modern education;the endowment of mental hygiene and wellness;and the regulation of classroom and field instruction.Those strategies are proved practical and feasible in their application within and outside the nation.
