With the rapid development of education, the practice of teaching art in and out of classroom has been developed, and a mode of teaching art in and out of college classroom as a whole has also been constructed, so a new approach to efficiently carrying out art education to college students has been put forward. The mode of teaching art in and out of classroom as a whole will contribute to improving students in quality and helping them grow up healthily. In addition, such mode will promote the campus cultures to develop colourfully and efficiently. Meanwhile, it is also one of the important approaches to intensify and perfect college art education.
