试论学分制条件下如何加强大学生自律意识的培养 被引量:3

摘要 学分制作为一种优越的教育教学管理制度,其推行进一步深化了教育教学改革,更新了人们的教育理念,利于因材施教,为全面提高教育教学质量和办学效益的奋斗目标提供了有益的保障。但是,当主客观条件都还欠缺,尚不完全具备时,必然使新时期高校德育工作面临诸多压力和挑战。培养大学生在道德上的自律能力,增强自律意识,正是现代德育面临的挑战,也是现代德育教育的现实培养目标。本文试图从培养、增强大学生的自律意识的重要性、方法和途径等方面,结合实际就如何培养、增强大学生的自律意识做了一番探索和思考,并谈及了相应的一些认识。 The credit system is a superior governing system for teaching and education. Its popularization furthers the deepening of the reforms of teaching and education and renovates people's concepts of education. It's conducive to exercising teaching students in accordance of their aptitude. It provides a favorable guarantee for the overall promotion of the teaching and education qualities. However, when subjective and objective conditions are not mature or adequate for the exertion of credit system, morality education in colleges must be faced with various pressure and challenges. The training of students' awareness and ability of self-discipline in morality is both the challenges that modern education faces and the practical training goals for modern education to accomplish. This paper gives some personal reflections on these aspects in terms of importance, approaches and means to train college students' awareness in self-discipline.
