我国地方环境立法初探

在我国的环境立法体系中 ,地方环境立法占了相当大的比重 ,做好这方面的环境立法工作 ,对我国环境的保护以及环境法体系的完善有很重要的作用。在本文分析了我国地方环境立法的特点 ,并提出了完善地方环境立法的一些建议。

In the legislative system of environment of our country, the local environment legislates account for sizable proportion. Doing the work of legislating in environment in this respect well have very important function in the protection of the environment of our country and perfection of the environmental law system. Have analysed the characteristic of the local environment of our country legislates, this thesis has put forward some suggestions that would perfect the local environment legislates
