摘要
该文描述了电控机械式自动变速系统(AMT)的工作过程, 包括离合器分离、接合过程, 分析了自动变速过程的混杂系统特征. 在Matlab/Simulink及Stateflow的基础上建立了面向控制算法的车辆机械式自动变速连续/离散混杂系统状态模型, 特别是分层次控制系统模型, 并着重介绍了制动工况与正常行驶工况直接切换的控制策略以及离合器结合状态的判断策略. 经过与实车试验的对比, 仿真模型的可靠性得到了检验, 并进行了多种控制策略的对比. 应用这种快速原型技术对开发AMT控制策略具有很好的辅助作用, 可以降低开发成本、缩短开发周期.
This paper describes the working process of vehicle Automated Mechanical Transmission (AMT),especially the engage/disengage process of the clutch, then analyzes the hybrid system character of the autoshift process. Based on Matlab/Simulink and Stateflow, a continuous/discrete hybrid system model of vehicle Automated Mechanical Transmission system is established and the different work state is analyzed. Compared with the vehicle test result, the simulation result is reliable and the validity of model is verified. The simulation model is Propitious to develop AMT system.
