重质碳酸钙在高档铜版纸涂料中的应用研究

Application of GCC im A grade Coated Paper

对重质CaCO3(GCC)在高档铜版纸涂料中的应用进行了实验探索,讨论了配方中GCC的配比,GCC与胶粘剂及其它助剂的适应性。实验结果表明,重质CaCO2的应用可以调整油墨吸收性,改善表面强度,并可降低成本;高档铜版纸中重质CacO3的最佳用量为20%。

This article investigated the application of GCC in A grade coated paper and discussed the effect of the change of GCC and selection of suitable adhesive and additive on the properties of the coated paper. The results show that the application of GCC can improve some physical properties such as ink absorption and surface strength and can reduce the cost of the coated paper. The suitable charge of GCC is 20% in A grade coated paper.
