分化抑制因子Id-1在肿瘤发生发展中的作用

摘要 Id碱性螺旋-环-螺旋(bHLH)蛋白(分化或DNA结合抑制因子)是一组可以促进细胞增殖的碱性HLH转录子的负向调节子。近来的研究表明,Id蛋白特别是Id-1同样可以促进细胞的增殖及细胞周期的进展,多种人类肿瘤有Id-1的表达,其表达水平与肿瘤的进展有关。Id-1在人类肿瘤的异位表达可以诱导细胞的增殖并保护细胞不发生凋亡。大量的证据表明,Id-1是细胞生长的正性调节因子,它的表达很可能是肿瘤细胞增殖的一个关键性因子。本文主要介绍上述各方面的有关进展。
