Sandardization Design of Multi - funcition Electricity Consumption Monitoring and Electricity Consumption Management

在分析我国用电监测及其管理系统现状的基础上,针对目前用电监测与管理系统数量多、信息难以共享、功能重复交叉、综合投资较大、运行维护困难等问题,提出了通过标准化设计整合这些系统,开发一种多功能用电监测与管理系统的想法。文章给出了多功能用电监测与管理系统的逻辑结构和设计方法,并指出了对终端、功能、信息及软件平台进行标准化设计的内容。

Based on analysis of present situation of electricity consumption monitoring and its management system in China,and according to the problems such as the quantities of management system,hard to share information,repetitive function, larger comprehensive investment,difficult operation and maintenance,to develop a kind of mufti - function electricity consumption monitoring and management system was put forward through standardization design and integration of these systems.The paper gave the logic structure and design method for muhi- function electricity consumption monitoring and management system,and the contents of standardization design for terminal, function,information and software platform.
