摘要
火力发电厂取水定额于2005年1月1日起执行国家标准,文章介绍了水务管理技术的概念、体系、性质,指出火电厂水务管理的目标为节水减排,以2个电厂为例,介绍了其全厂性水务管理的内容和效果。建议采用新技术、新工艺来实现节水减排,根据电厂自身特点,可选择空冷系统、干排渣装置、气力防灰系统等。最后解释了火电厂节水评价指标的概念,并给出了具体计算和核算办法。
National Standard for water intaking guota of thermal power plant has been implemented since January 1st 2005.This paper briefs The concept,system and nature of water management technology, indicates that the objective of water management of thermal power plant is water saving and discharge reduction.With two power plants as example.this paper briefs the contents and effects of whole plant water management,suggests to adopt new technology and new process to realize water saving and discharge reductbn;in light of the own features of power plant to adopt air cooling system,dry slag handling facilities and pneumatic ash removal system etc., and finally explains the concept of water-saving evaluation indexes of thermal power plant and gives the concrete technology and check method.
