Analysis of health E-government in Zhejiang province

电子政务是一个在政府业务流程优化的基础上包含信息技术、政府工作人员、社会公众和企业在内的一个完整的人机结合的应用系统工程。为提高政务工作效率,方便为民办事,实现政务信息资源共享,浙江省卫生厅结合机关业务工作实际,利用网络通讯平台和三层结构技术,优化政务处理流程,整合政府信息资源,建立浙江卫生电子政务系统,面向社会公众提供规范、透明、优质的服务,取得一定成效。

E-government is a full applied system of computer combining with people, including information technology, governmental personnel, social public and enterprise. In order to promote working efficiency on governmental affair, dealing with affairs conveniently for people and realizing share on resource of governmental information, Zhejiang Provincial Department of health has established E-go- vernment of Zhejiang Health and got a good result in providing standard, transparent and top quality service, by relating practical affairs, applying communication plat on network and 3-tier technology, optimizing work flow of governmental affair and integrating resource of governmental information.
